Our Story

At Nido-Café, we create a welcoming space for relaxing mornings, casual meetups, or a refreshing midday break with friends and colleagues.

Hello, we’re Aldo and Mariana, a couple from Greece and Mexico brought together by our love for good coffee, delicious food and warm hospitality.

The journey of NIDO began in mid-2025. After months of planning, building and putting our ideas together, we opened our doors in December 2025. We created every part of NIDO with care, shaping it into a place that feels welcoming, personal and full of life.

Our goal is simple: to serve quality coffee, tasty pastries and fresh food, always prepared and served with passion, love and attention to detail. More than just a café, we want NIDO to feel like a little nest in the heart of Brussels—a place where everyone can enjoy a good moment and feel at home.
